Our Story
So, we met later in life, the way all the cool kids meet these days…. online.
We both wanted the same thing, never to get married again! We had been there, done that and didn’t want to do that again lol.
We also wanted a friendship & relationship but without the living together and whole commitment situation. Who were we kidding! That literally lasted all of a week before we moved in together, no joke, we just loved being around each other all the time, thankfully we still do.
So here we are now, with two wonderful daughters / stepdaughters, three dogs, all rescues, a business, and a home we love, on a stunning 23 acre block. We are grateful every single day for everything in our world.
Yep, at the ripe fun age of 52 we decided to ramp things up and start a new business. We have big plans for our beautiful slice of paradise, stay tuned for exciting updates. Ok, a small hint, it involves a relaxation retreat with some very cool, very luxe, accommodation. For now though we are devoted to our passion for food, flavour and love of all things Chilli.
Neil has always made his own Chilli Sauces, and two of his biggest fans, his beautiful twin daughters, have always said to him that he should start selling them because they tasted so good. The girls are also chilli heads just like their Dad.
We love colour, we love fun, we love life, and we wanted to represent that in the vibrancy of our sauces as well as our packaging, we are not exactly skulls and flames kinda people. We are passionate and dedicated to making sure everything we produce is flavour forward without the melt your face off style of heat!

Meet the Real Ones in Charge…. well they like to think they are.These are our 3 beautiful rescues, we have our sweetheart Princess, our overly affectionate Bruce in the middle and the white little fella is our cutie pie Jack. We say we rescued them but at times you wonder who did the rescuing with the amount of love and laughter they give us every single day and yes, they are spoilt rotten, just as they should be
