Fruit Tango – Tropical Chilli Sauce
How Does It Taste…FRUITY and HOT!
First you have a tango of fruity flavours from fresh pineapple and kiwi fruit along with mango, passionfruit pulp and fresh lime juice. Then BAM! The heat hits you thanks to the fresh flavoursome Habaneros, Cayenne’s and Carolina Reapers.
What to Put it on…The flavours of this sauce will go with many different foods. Smother a whole fish with Fruit Tango, pop into some baking paper add some slices of fresh lime and coriander and bake in the oven, divine.
We love to have a mix of vege, chicken & pork kebabs when we have a barbie, and our Fruit Tango just adds that extra layer of flavour that we didn’t even realise we were missing until we added it. We even coated some juicy fresh prawns in this sauce and popped them on the barbie, they were delicious. We also tried this with a sharp cheddar, and it was fantastic.
A chicken curry is a great mid-week dish to whip up & by adding a few splashes of our Fruit Tango to your curry, you will be going back for seconds.
