How Does It Taste…LIKE SUMMERTIME!
You really taste the sweetness of the strawberries, with a lovely tang from fresh lemon juice and the warmth of a raspberry liqueur. Then you get that beautiful glow from the Habaneros and Red Scorpion Chillis, some of which come from our very own garden.
What to Put it on… Well you just have to drizzle it over an Aussie favourite, the Pavlova! Give your dinner guests something different by adding a couple of spoons of strawberry surprise to your cheesecake mix, topped off with fresh strawberries and a dollop of cream and a drizzle of Strawberry Surprise, delicious. This is also divine over some strawberry flavoured ice cream with a sprinkling of flaked chocolate.
We have also added this sauce into a salad dressing and used it to marinade chicken wings. Trust your imagination.
